Sacred Stillness: Mindfully Finding Balance Through Being
About this Event
How often do we move through life on autopilot—always doing, planning, fixing, achieving, and moving on to the next thing?
In this session, we'll explore the difference between doing and being. Through mindfulness practices, reflection, and discussion, participants will have an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and explore how their time, energy, and attention are being spent.
Together, we'll examine what it means to live with greater awareness, balance, and intention while cultivating gratitude for what is already present in our lives.
✨ Being asks: Can I fully experience this moment?
