Sacred Stillness: A Monthly Meditation Circle for Women

Step into a safe, nurturing, and judgment-free space designed especially for women.

Join us for Sacred Stillness, our monthly intentional meditation circle, where we honor the cycles of nature, the moon, and the rhythms of feminine energy.

This October, our theme is Shadow & Release. As autumn deepens, we will gently explore our inner shadows—those parts of ourselves we often keep hidden—and release what no longer serves us. Together, we will create space for healing, clarity, and renewal.

During the circle, we will:

• Breathe deeply and ground into presence
• Journey inward through a guided meditation on shadow and release
• Reflect through journaling or quiet contemplation
• Set intentions for the path ahead
• Close with a collective blessing

No experience is necessary—come as you are. This circle is for women who are seeking stillness, clarity, healing, or simply a supportive community.

Tina Santana, RMT – Reiki Master Teacher, healer, and guide. I am an affiliate member of the International Center for Reiki Training. I am at least a third-generation intuitive on my father’s side of the family and was first introduced to the metaphysical and spiritual world at a young age. I began my studies in 2020 where I found solace in the healing properties of Reiki. I am also attuned in Karuna, Holy Fire, Dragon, Crystal, Shamanic and Angelic Reiki, and draw from all these modalities during a Reiki session. In addition to practicing Reiki, I offer Tarot, Oracle, Runes and Pendulum divination. I am certified to conduct EFT tapping sessions and aura cleansings. I am a published author and podcast interviewee.
