Sacred Steps is a Black History Month event dedicated to celebrating movement, identity, and sisterhood.

This all-Black women’s workshop combines Afro dance, expressive painting, and reflective discussions to create a powerful and restorative experience.

Led by AFJ Cardiff , the session begins with dance and painting as tools of self-expression. The day concludes with a sisterhood circle Led by Black Girl Space, offering a safe and supportive environment for women to reflect, share, and connect.

What to Expect :

• Afro Dance Workshop + Paint CreationExplore Afro dance and transform movement into art. Led by AFJ Cardiff.
• Sisterhood Circle + Guided DiscussionsA reflective and affirming space, facilitated by Black Girl Space.

This event is open to Black women of all backgrounds who want to:

• Celebrate their identity through dance and art
