You are warmly invited to a heart centered evening of presence, release, and connection.
This Sacred Spirit Circle is a nurturing space where we come together to explore the transformative power of breathwork.
Geo, one of our beloved members and an experienced breathwork facilitator, will guide us through an introductory breathwork practice, helping participants connect deeply with their body, mind, and spirit.
In the fast paced rhythm of life, it is easy to feel tense, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves. Sacred Spirit Circle offers the opportunity to pause, breathe consciously, and release stagnant energy, leaving space for clarity, balance, and vitality. Together, we will learn simple yet powerful techniques to integrate into daily life, creating calm, focus, and energetic alignment.

You are welcome to bring a journal, blanket, or any items that enhance your comfort during the session. Wear comfy clothes and come with an open heart.
