Welcome to the Sacred Sounds of the Radiant Heart Sound Bath event! Join us on Wednesday December 12th, 2024 at 6:30 PM at The StarHouse for an evening of deep relaxation and heart-opening experiences. This is another chance to experience Norabell and Kaitlyn delicately work with the power of the frequencies and healing magic of the instruments. Co-creating love and light together we will hold you in complete honor with grace and kindness. We have a deep love for the instrument of the human and the frequency in which it connects to the sacred instruments of various kind from across the world. We work with Gongs, Crystal Bowls, harmonica, guitar, harp, Bells, drums and many other fun and unique tools. We absolutely love and honor this sacred work. Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound therapy as you journey inward to connect with your radiant heart. Special Guest: Kaitlyn Rose is a powerful, compassionate and gifted practitioner devoted to being of service to the highest healing of all beings. Deeply trained in a plethora of modalities, from Somatic Experiencing® to Yoga Therapy to Sacred Sexuality, Kaitlyn believes the greatest teachers of all are the body, sacred plants, and God/Spirit.
Kaitlyn is someone who has spent over a decade immersed in her healing process while simultaneously giving back to her community. A healer of high integrity, she walks the walk and is committed to practicing what she preaches each and every day. As someone who has personally overcome a plethora of traumas, she is confidently able to guide others through their dark night of the Soul so they may once again access their inner light. Her oceanic presence, soothing voice, and intuitive gifts offer a unique medicine one does not come across often.
As an apprentice to the master plants and world wisdom keepers, Kaitlyn offers energy medicine and esoteric transformation with grounded applications for those looking for practical, digestible transformation in their lives. She believes the body holds the keys to lead you back to a powerful, purposeful, and pleasureful life. She especially thrives in supporting other female leaders and healers looking to come into greater alignment with their Highest Selves.

WHAT TO BRING, PLEASE READ:

There will be mats in place simply for organization, place your mat on top of ours. You will need to bring a yoga mat or cushion to lie on and pillow or a "nest". Don't forget the eye mask! We also highly recommend you bring things for warmth; sleeping bag, blankets, and warm layers. Please dress comfortably, bring water, and eat beforehand.

For the best experience and to ensure a harmonious start for all participants, we kindly request your timely arrival. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Please turn off or silence your mobile devices to maintain a peaceful environment during the session. Additionally, consider bringing a small journal and pen to jot down any thoughts or reflections that may arise. We encourage you to come with an open mind and heart, ready to embrace the tranquility and connect with your inner self.

****IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS*****

If traveling in from the North ~ DO NOT TAKE LINDEN~ TAKE BROADWAY COMING WEST ON MAPLETON THEN UP SUNSHINE CANYON RD.

Park at the top lot when you reach the top of the first incline there will be a wooden entrance to the right, please park anywhere on the spaces to the left of the trail entrance and following the lights down to the Temple about half way done the hill.
