Experience Flow Yoga and the Healing Sounds of the Didgeridoo at Dwell Yoga with instructor Lorelei Alvarez & Joseph Carringer from Didge Therapy.
Lorelei will guide you through a flowing sequence of yoga postures and movements as Joseph plays didgeridoos.
Enjoy being bathed by harmonic sound waves as we progress from simple meditative movement into a dynamic, organic flowing sequence and conclude with an extended Savasana.
The progression of this class combined with the sound of the didgeridoo provides a meditative quality, which can enhance the mind-body connection and inspire you to deeply explore your own experience in each moment.
Suitable for beginners, but designed with all levels in mind.
Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket.
