This immersive, Spirit-led intuitive sound bath is designed to help you release what’s been binding you, old stories, fear, doubt and awaken the fire placed within you.

Through grounding drums, resonant sound healing, and intentional stillness, you’ll be guided to:

• Step boldly into your identity and purpose
• Ignite a renewed sense of passion, courage, and spiritual freedom

Surrounded by the energy of reds and golds, infused with warming cinnamon and uplifting citrus, we root into the earth and rise into freedom.

All sound baths are unique and one-of-a-kind experiences. Never two of the same. Shelley's sound baths are intuitive, and Spirit-guided to meet all individuals in attendance at the level they require. Bring a journal, mat, blanket, pillow, anything that will help you to get comfortable and slip into a state of bliss. Feel free to bring a crystal or any other personal or sacred item you would like to infuse with the combined energy of the sound bath.
