Take a break from the buzz of everyday life and reconnect with your inner rhythm in this one-of-a-kind 90-minute immersive experience workshop that blends the deep relaxation of sound healing with the contemplative art of labyrinth walking.
Artists, students, and community members of all backgrounds are invited to explore the creative intersection of sound, movement and mindfulness. Facilitators, Naaborle Sackeyfio and Christy Wesselman will guide you with gentle introduction and intention-setting, followed by a grounding sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. As the sound vibrations guide you inward, you’ll be invited to engage with a labyrinth by walking or using a handheld labyrinth, a contemplative path that encourages mindfulness, release, and insight and peace.
This event is perfect for anyone curious about holistic wellness, creativity, or simply looking for a moment of calm. Whether you're a stressed-out student, a local artist, or just someone in search of a new experience, you'll find something meaningful in this collective journey.
About Dr. Naaborle Sackeyfio: Naaborle brings a gentle, grounded presence to her work as a sound healer, offering heart-centered experiences that invite deep rest, renewal, and connection. She lovingly guides sound bath sessions with crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and chimes—creating a soothing space for reflection, healing, and inner peace. With warmth and compassion, her holistic approach encourages each person to reconnect with their inner wisdom and feel a sense of belonging within a nurturing community.
About Christy Wesselman: Christy Wesselman is a compassionate guide and sacred listener, accompanying others on their journeys of healing, self-discovery, and spiritual growth. As an Advanced Certified Veriditas® Labyrinth Facilitator, Spiritual Director and Coach, SoulCollage® and HealthRHYTHMS® facilitator, she brings a tender, grounded presence to every encounter. Christy gently holds space for reflection and transformation, inviting others to slow down, listen deeply to their inner wisdom, and walk their unique spiritual paths with authenticity, courage, and grace.
What to Expect:
Opening circle and intention setting (10 minutes)
Guided sound bath immersion (30 minutes)
Individual labyrinth engagement accompanied by live sound (40 minutes)
Closing reflection and integration (10 minutes)
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, a water bottle, and an open heart.
No prior experience is needed. All are welcome.
