I’m really looking forward to the final offering in my current workshop series combining two of my passions, Kriya and Somatic Science! 💫
In this practical and powerful offering, we will explore the ancient wisdom of Kundalini Yoga through the lens of our interpersonal neurobiology, with an emphasis on key principles from Applied Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Therapy. The Vagus Nerve is the largest cranial nerve and the most complex nerve in the human body. It’s responsible for much of our mind-body connection. Learn how the sacred practice of Kriya and other vagal toning exercises impact this complex information channel, resulting in improved vagal tone and increased nervous system capacity and resilience.
