Sacred Solstice: Candlelight Energy Healing + Breathwork

In the fallow season of winter, we approach the dark womb of the earth with reverence and respect, and the shadows become a source of comfort and transformative potential. Together, we’ll create space for intention-setting, reflection, deep connection with ourselves, one another, and the winter solstice’s powerful energy.

Through guided activating Breathwork and energy healing, we'll lean into the dark, fertile energy of the season as soil into which we will release our energetic stagnation to create generative compost. 

Join us on the longest night of the year for an alchemical evening of connection and renewal. Often, when darkness deepens and shadows lengthen, we might find ourselves examining fear, separation, or isolation. Though the season of hibernation, endings, and death is upon us, the gift of allowing release with gratitude, spaciousness, and celebration promises new life on the other side.
