Step into the Sacred Sister Circle on January 12th, 6-8pm at Essential Yoga Studio in Springfield, MO.
🌀This is a sanctuary for women who know they carry magic and divinity within, but have struggled to find a space that honors their full, authentic selves. We'll weave together ancient rituals, heartfelt connection, and embodiment practices like mindfulness & movement to celebrate the sacred and the sensual.
✨Together, we'll honor our truth, awaken our magic, and embrace the freedom to be fully seen and heard. This is a space for women rising in their power, breaking free from outdated molds, and creating a new kind of sisterhood.
