SACRED SISTER CIRCLES will be held mostly every month. You are more than welcome to participate in one or all of the evening retreats. We will share new dates frequently as we find our flow.

Tracey's journey started at an early age with curiously dabbling in manifestation, spirituality and self healing but kicked in seriously after visiting the doctor numerous times with the same symptoms and no success. She told her doctor she was going to sack him if he didn't take her seriously. Her intuition was right and so began her holistic healing journey.

Being of Maori decent and understanding her connection to the land and intuitive ability. Tracey was empowered by her ancestors and encouraged on her self healing which created space for her to understand her life journey.

The healing modalities Tracey uses in her every day practice being Spinal Energetics, Shadow Alchemy, Spinal Flow Technique, Reiki, Cacao and meditation has meaning for her wellness and aligns with her people/You.

Bringing this experience to circles, retreats, events, community and creating healing energy for ourselves and the extended community is priority on her list as an offering for what she is grateful to have received.
