Sacred Shadows

Welcome to Sacred Shadows, a mystical gathering of movement, meditation, journaling and fire ceremony at Moon Landing Meditative Arts in Oakland, CA, USA.

We are in the magical Scorpio Season, the season of the shadow. It is a potent time to embrace our shadows and bring them to the light so that we may use their wisdom to enhance our lives.

This workshop will focus on working with the Fight response in your nervoys system and the element of fire to support you feeling empowered and creative, able to take aligned action in your life!

We will incorporate journaling, somatic movement and expression as well as a fire ceremony to support the alchemy of the shadow. Jessica will bring her work as a somatic and earth based energy practitioner to this experience to support the process of embracing the shadow within.

In working with the magical energy of Scorpio season and the alchemical element of Fire both within the body and without we will tap into the shadow that is desiring to be witnessed, held and loved. 

A common shadow that arises, especially for wom(x)n can be rage, anger, resentment. We will lovingly explore the aspects that hold us back from owning these pieces of ourselves and allow some space for them to come through.

Past participants of this workshop said it allowed them to feel more creative life force and love for themselves.
