Welcome to Sacred Serenity Healing, where we guide you through a powerful combination of Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), Inner Child Healing, and Somatic Body Work to release stored trauma, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect you back to your true self.

So much of what we carry in adulthood is rooted in childhood experiences that have never been fully processed. These emotions become stored in the body, creating patterns, triggers, and blocks.

Through breath, body, and awareness, we gently bring these to the surface so they can be felt, processed, and released safely.

You will be fully guided and held in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space throughout.

This is a powerful breathwork and somatic healing experience that can activate deep emotional and physical responses. Your safety is our priority.

This session may NOT be suitable if you have any of the following conditions:

• Pregnancy
• Epilepsy or history of seizures
• Severe asthma or respiratory conditions
• Heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, or cardiovascular issues
• Recent surgery or physical injuries
• Severe mental health conditions (including psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder)
• PTSD or trauma that is not currently supported by a professional
• Currently taking heavy Medic*tion that alters brain chemistry

Please also avoid if you are:

• Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Feeling physically unwell on the day

Sarah is a deeply intuitive Breathwork Facilitator, Trauma Release Therapist, Energy Healer, and Yoga Teacherwith a passion for guiding others back to their true selves.

With over 400 hours of certified Breathwork training, Sarah specialises in Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)and somatic-based healing practices that support the safe release of stored trauma and emotional blocks held within the body.

Her background began within the NHS, where she developed a strong foundation in care and support, which she now blends with powerful healing modalities including:

• Somatic bodywork & nervous system regulation
• Inner child healing
• Unconscious mind therapy
• Energy healing & spiritual connection
• Breath-led trauma release

Sarah is known for creating safe, grounded, and deeply transformational spaces where clients feel held, seen, and supported to explore their inner world and release what no longer serves them.

Charlotte is a powerful Shadow Work Coach, Somatic Bodyworker, and Energy Alchemist, specialising in guiding clients through the deeper layers of the subconscious mind.

Her work focuses on helping individuals uncover and integrate their shadow aspects, break unconscious patterns, and reconnect with their authentic self.

Charlotte brings a deeply intuitive and embodied approach to healing, combining:

• Shadow work & subconscious reprogramming
• Somatic movement & emotional release
• Inner child & inner world exploration
• Feminine energy & embodiment practices

She is passionate about holding space for real, raw transformation—supporting clients to move beyond surface-level healing and into deep, lasting change.
