About the Workshop
Step into a nurturing space designed for mamas in every stage of pregnancy and postpartum. Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or years into your motherhood journey, this two-hour immersive workshop brings together four specialists to support, educate, and empower you.
Through Pilates, yoga, lactation education, and postpartum doula insights, you’ll leave feeling stronger, more informed, and deeply supported.
4 areas of education
✨ Mama Core Pilates with Lauren Byram (@LaurenByramPilates) Learn mindful movement and 360 breathing techniques to strengthen your core and connect with your pelvic floor.
✨ Feeding Foundations with Marty Olsen (@LovedLactation) Gain essential tips and tools for a successful infant feeding journey, whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, combo feeding, or formula feeding.
✨ Yoga for Motherhood with Sheree Corbett (@FolsomFamilyYoga) Gentle yoga practices to help you feel grounded, connected, and balanced in your evolving body.
✨ Postpartum Doula Wisdom with Kylie Turner (@MotherbirdBirthing) Guidance, resources, and emotional support for navigating postpartum transitions with confidence.

Mama Core Pilates

Info: This Pilates sampler class is for you whether you are pregnant, 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum & beyond! In this class we'll focus on strengthening our core through mindful movement & 360 breathing with an emphasis on connection to our pelvic floor. We'll work on balance, strength, coordination and flexibility. You'll discover muscles you didn't know you had as we move through exercises that will leave you feeling more connected and in tune with your body. And, the best part, you'll be doing it with other mamas in a safe & supportive space. All you need is yourself and a mat. Let's move together and leave stronger and more supported through motherhood!

Feeding Foundations

Info: Join IBCLC, Marty Olsen for a mini infant feeding workshop. During our time we will learn essential tips and tricks for a successful infant feeding journey. Whether you are breastfeeding, pumping, combo feeding, or formula feeding, there will be something for everyone. We will cover the basics; from latch, to what to expect in the first 24 hrs, what the first 6 months may look like, as well as troubleshooting difficult issues that may arise. All ages and stages are welcome (pregnant or postpartum!)

Info: This gentle, nourishing class is designed for every stage of motherhood - from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. We'll combine mindful movement, breathwork, and moments
of stillness to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and cultivate calm. Perfect for busy moms, this session offers a safe, supportive space to stretch, strengthen, and restore - leaving you feeling grounded, centered, and ready to meet the demands of your day with more ease. No prior yoga experience is needed. Come as you are; all you need is yourself, a mat, and a few deep breaths.

Info: Join Kylie Turner, postpartum doula for a nourishing class on how to set yourself up for postpartum success. Together, we'll explore practical tools, gentle rhythms, and simple steps
you can take before and after birth to create the best possible postpartum experience, one rooted in rest, care, and support. Kylie will walk you through what really makes a difference in those first weeks after birth-things like preparing your home and meals ahead of time, creating simple rhythms that support rest and recovery, and knowing how to ask for and receive help from your "village." You'll also learn gentle practices that promote healing, emotional wellbeing, and deeper bonding with your baby.
