**This space will be held by guest facilitators for the next while. This week will be held by Sarah Juniper Greene.***
This will be a closed container, DOORS CLOSING at 10:30
We will circle and dive together, co~creating a safe space for exploring the underworlds, internal terrain, and the emotional landscape of self.
Come as You are, it’s all welcome.
Permission to feel the feels, express the depths, and rediscover the nooks and crannies that may have been ignored or overlooked for awhile.
Did your train come off the tracks over the last couple of years? Mine has. This is an invitation to reset and restore the nervous system and find our way back into center.
This is a movement practice, for self-discovery and authentic expression. A space where pray-fulness meets the innocence of child play.
Enjoy the journey and look forward to dancing again with you when I get back in town.
