Sacred Sanctuary is an immersive healing experience to expand your energetic aura, elevate your mood levels, and awaken your inner being.
We are in the seasons of Restoration. The year is passing and seeds for the blooming new year are beginning to be planted. Even in this time of holiday energy exchanges, we must remain mindful of our own needs to restore in order to avoid end of the year burn out. As we prepare for the winter solstice, restoration is key.
In this mini retreat, we will honor our bodies desire for restoration and relaxation. Once complete, you will feel renewed and armed with techniques to restore. Class will include reiki energy, somatic movement, meditation, and breath work. Each person will also receive a card pull session to culminate the experience.
