Sacred Sanctuary is an immersive healing experience to expand your energetic aura, elevate your mood levels, and awaken your inner being.
Join Frannie this month to plant your seeds into the expansive energy of Autumn Equinox, as we celebrate this balancing energy by deepening our roots of trust in divine timing and call in refreshed energy into our lives. This is a time to use all the new knowledge you have gained in the past seasons to chart out a refined path. We will reflect on the past year by evaluating what we received, what we released, and what we are holding onto hope to still manifest. This will grant you space to evaluate what could be withholding your manifestations from coming forward.
Class will include reiki energy, gentle movement, meditation and breathwork. Each person will receive a card pull session to culminate the experience.
