Sacred Sanctuary is an immersive healing experience to expand your energetic aura, elevate your mood levels, and awaken your inner being.
Join Frannie this month to release control. We will focus on the mantra, “I am in control and I am not in control.” Through this experience of intentional, heart centered healing, we will observe how we execute control as a form of safety. Once we identify the root of that fear; we can create new options to support it.
During this “mini retreat” we will heal collectively through reiki energy, gentle movement, meditation and breath work that will activate a release of all unknown/known energetic influences and create an overflow of trust into your inner being. Each person will receive a card pull session to culminate the experience.
