Sacred Rose Ceremony: Heart Opening, Emotional Healing and Self-Love

If your heart has been carrying too much, this space is for you.

This intimate Sacred Rose Ceremony has been created for anyone moving through heartbreak, grief, emotional heaviness or a period of change.

Through rose tea, meditation and personalised rose healing, you will be gently guided to slow down, reconnect with yourself and create space for healing, self-love and renewal.

You do not need to feel positive or have everything figured out. Simply come as you are.

This ceremony may support you if you are:

• Healing after heartbreak or the end of a relationship
• Moving through grief, loss or change
• Carrying stress, anxiety or emotional pain
• Seeking greater self-love and acceptance
• Ready to release the past and welcome a new chapter

This is more than a standard meditation class. You will experience:

• The healing power of the rose: Learn about the rose’s spiritual meaning and its connection with love, compassion and emotional healing.
• Sacred Rose Tea Ceremony: Savour ceremonial rose tea, infused with the rose’s potent energy, while setting a personal intention.
• Heart-Opening Healing Meditation: Be gently guided to connect with your emotions and create space for healing and renewal.
• Personalised Rose Healing: Receive an individual rose healing treatment within the supportive energy of the group.

You may leave feeling calmer, lighter and more deeply connected with yourself.

This experience is open to everyone. Although we will connect with the rose’s nurturing feminine energy, the ceremony is not only for women.
