✨ Begin your week in rhythm with your breath, your body, and your inner light. Sacred Rhythm Sundays is a Hatha-style yoga experience rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda—balancing solar (sun) and lunar (moon) energies through conscious movement, breath, and deep presence.

🧘‍♀️ Each 60-minute class includes:

• Breath & body connection to ground and center
• A gentle Hatha flow to reset the nervous system and realign the spine
• Themed mantras woven throughout to restore clarity, vitality, and focus
• A short community share to close and anchor intention for the week

This class is designed to be a mental reset and a physical charge—a sacred pause where you remember your own rhythm and move into the week with intention.

All levels welcome. Some mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own comfort items.

Michelle Parks is a radiant yoga practitioner, certified through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. Her classes integrate traditional yoga philosophy, Ayurvedic principles, and a compassionate, trauma-aware approach to self-inquiry and healing.
