Sacred Return: Somatic Breathwork Session With Chase at With Intentions in Belmar, NJ“Sacred Return" is a somatic breathwork journey created to support the release of stored emotions, tension relief, and a return to who you are designed to be.
The session begins with focusing in on our intentions as Chase guides you through the process with the addition of prayer, somatic movement to connect to the body and areas of tension, a breakdown of the breathwork flow, and a body scan meditation to ease into the journey.
The main portion of the workshop consists of a one-hour breathwork journey guided by intentional music, followed by time for integration and optional group sharing.
No prior experience is necessary — come as you are.
Yoga mats, props, blankets and pillows available for your use.

Chase Nehila is a Trauma-Aware Breathwork Specialist who has worked with individuals from all walks of life. He empowers high-performing professionals, including executives and athletes, to cultivate inner peace, authentic leadership, and emotional regulation. Through an integrative approach blending breathwork, coaching, and holistic wellness practices, Chase helps individuals build clarity, confidence, and sustainable performance.
With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Chase combines his academic foundation with hands-on experience in wellness consulting and coaching. His mission is to help individuals break generational patterns of stress and limiting mindsets, fostering deeper connection and lasting personal and professional growth.
A former collegiate rugby athlete at Coastal Carolina University, Chase continued supporting his teammates and coaching staff after graduation, guiding them to connect with their breath to enhance performance and well-being both on and off the pitch.
Chase has cultivated a deep relationship to those he serves while in reverence of God, the foundation of his work.
He is dedicated to guiding others toward transformation and elevated performance.
