Sacred Restoration is your time to practice Restorative Yoga interwoven with Chakra balancing Reiki, gentle massage, and nourishing Sound Therapy, guiding you into a deep state of relaxation & surrender.
There are seven chakras in the human body that act as the energetic conductors of our being. Through these seven chakras, all of our energy flows. While energy is meant to flow through these chakras, it can also become blocked. This blocked energy can lead to illness and unrest when not treated. In Sacred Restoration, we will work in multiple ways to find a sense of balance.
No experience necessary, just willingness to be open to the experience of diving into your serenity.
Props will be used to sink into the serene stillness.
Soothing herbal teas will be infused with Reiki and offered at the end of each class.
