Sacred Rest (also known as Yoga Nidra) is a journey into your unconscious and subconscious mind. During Sacred Rest, your body will remain in a fully relaxed position and will be lulled into a state of deep restoration. You will not be asleep, nor will you be awake. You will be in an in-between place where your mind is still and calm and your body feels like a feather, much like a dreamless sleep.
