Sacred Rest is a 60-minute practice of deep rest and renewal. You’ll move gently through restorative yoga — long-held, fully supported poses with props that calm the nervous system and encourage stillness.Throughout the class, you’ll hear Yoga Nidra–inspired guidance—breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization—helping you enter a state between wakefulness and sleep. This continuous meditative flow creates a profound nervous system reset.
All bodies and levels are welcome. No experience needed. Wear cozy clothes and bring anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported.
Biweekly on Tuesdays with Rachel Rogers beginning July 15th from 6-7 pm, $22 investment in self-care.
