Modern life keeps us in a constant state of movement, noise, stimulation, and mental activity. Sacred Rest is an opportunity to intentionally step out of that pace for a few hours. Give your nervous system, body, and mind time to soften.Designed to help you slow down, decompress, and step away from the constant mental noise of everyday life, this special gathering blends guided relaxation, immersive sound, and quiet energetic support to create space for deep rest and restoration.
The evening includes:
• Grounded settling practices
• Guided restorative meditation
• Immersive sound bath with singing bowls, gong, chimes, and layered soundscapes
• Quiet Reiki-infused individual energetic support during rest
• Reflective oracle card guidance
• Time to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself
This is a supportive space to rest, receive, and allow yourself to pause for a while.
Please bring whatever helps you feel comfortable and supported:
yoga mat, blankets, pillow, bolster, eye covering, cozy layers.
Limited to 8 participants to preserve a comfortable and restorative atmosphere.
