Join Shanna for an hour of healing vibrations and deep rest. Yoga nidra, sound bowls, and peace. Bring any comforts you like, or borrow a mat and blanket from us. This one will be located in the big sound sanctuary, with plenty of space to settle in and rest.
Offered on a sliding scale, $25-10, because wellness, peace, and wholeness is for everyone! Please pay as you can to support your community!
