This class is focused on supporting the body in grounding yin postures while encouraging the mind to relax and the nervous system to regulate. Each supported shape will be held for an extended amount of time, as we slow everything down seeking a deep state of rest. Once the body has fully settled into a deep rest, you will drift into the ethers by riding the enchanting waves of sound from the beautiful orchestra of healing vibrations.
