Sacred Reset Sunday 🌕
Cacao • Breathwork • Sound Journey
Fall has a way of reminding us that letting go is part of life. But just because things are changing around us doesn’t mean we have to lose our grounding in the process.
As we move through Scorpio season toward the Taurus Full Moon, we’re being invited to release what feels heavy, slow down, and reconnect with what actually supports us.
Because sometimes the best thing you can do is stop trying to hold it all together and give yourself a minute to just BE.
Join us for 90 minutes of intentional rest, release, and reconnection. 🤎
✨ Ceremonial cacao
✨ Conscious connected breathwork
✨ Immersive sound journey
✨ crystal
✨ Light snacks provided
No experience needed. Just come as you are.
