About this Event
Sacred Reset is a guided wellness experience focused on relaxation, stress relief, and nervous system regulation. This intimate gathering includes a smudging ceremony, gentle breathwork, and guided relaxation meditation to support deep rest and emotional release. Designed for all levels, this experience helps you slow down, reset your body, and leave feeling grounded, calm, and restored. No prior experience required.
The evening will include three practices:
First, a smudging ceremony. This is a simple, intentional practice used to clear stagnant energy and create a calm, grounded space. Traditionally, sacred herbs are burned and the smoke is gently wafted around the body or room to support relaxation, presence, and emotional reset. It is less about belief and more about setting intention and signaling to your nervous system that it is safe to slow down and let go.
Second, relaxation breathwork. This is a gentle, guided breathing practice designed to calm the nervous system and reduce stress. By slowing and deepening the breath, the body shifts out of fight-or-flight and into a state of rest and regulation, supporting mental clarity, emotional balance, and deep relaxation.
We'll finish with a guided meditation. A calming practice where you are led through imagery and awareness cues to quiet the mind and relax the body. It helps reduce mental chatter, deepen presence, and support emotional balance by creating space for rest, clarity, and inner awareness.
This is a judgment-free, supportive space where you are invited to arrive exactly as you are. There is no expectation to perform, share, or feel any particular way. You are encouraged to listen to your body, honor your own experience, and move at your own pace. Emotions may arise, and all of them are welcome. The container is held with care, respect, and confidentiality, creating a safe environment to experience, process, and integrate whatever comes up within a grounded, loving community.
