Join us for this beautiful mini retreat day if you are ready learn how to;

I have created this space to take us on a journey from overwhelm and out of alignment to clarity, peace and connection 🙏
Whether your are already on a healing or spiritual journey or not, this time will offer you the space you need to receive everything you need at the time. ✨️
You will be invited to embrace sound, movement and dance, chanting, sacred Cacao ceremony, shamanic drum journey, meditation, mindset & manifestation, journaling and grounding. A Beautiful healthy light meal and refreshments will be included and a small gift.
