We’ll begin by honoring the sacred plant medicine of Angelica Archangelica with a powerful intention-setting ritual. Burning angelica over charcoal and sipping its tea, we’ll call upon its protective and guiding energy to support us throughout the ceremony.

Rage Ritual
Next, we’ll dive deep into a transformative Rage Ritual, using breathwork, emotional release, shaking, and sounding to move through repressed emotions. This process allows you to fully express and release pent-up energy, creating space for deep healing and liberation. It’s a chance to complete emotional and stress cycles in a safe, supported space.

Grounding & Relaxation
After the intensity of the rage ritual, I’ll guide you into a state of grounding and relaxation, helping you integrate the experience and bring your body back into calm and balance.

Sound Healing & Closing Circle
We’ll end the ceremony with a gentle Sound Healing session, bathing in healing vibrations to imprint our emotional release with pleasure and continue the grounding process. We’ll then come together in a Closing Circle, sharing reflections and sealing the energy of the evening.
