In this space, we honor anger as a sacred, intelligent emotion. One that protects, reveals truth, and holds the key to our personal power.
Through guided movement, breathwork, and embodied expression, we’ll create a safe container to explore what’s been buried, silenced, or shut down. We'll move energy that’s been stuck, release what no longer serves, and make space for clarity, empowerment, and deep release.
Expect shaking, screaming, breathing, feeling—and the freedom that comes with letting it all out.
