Sacred Rage & Sensual Movement

This event is for anyone who identifies as a woman.

Within every woman lives a vast reservoir of unspoken emotion—grief that was never given space, anger that felt unsafe to express, shame inherited or learned, and the quiet ache of moments when we swallowed our truth. Over time, these unexpressed emotions can lodge themselves in the body, shaping our moods, relationships, and sense of direction in ways we may not consciously realize.

In the Ancient Mystery Traditions, the body is known as the first temple. When emotion becomes trapped within that temple, we may experience:

• Chronic tension or physical heaviness
• Emotional fatigue, numbness, or shutdown
• Anxiety, depression, or inner restlessness
• Addictive or avoidant patterns
• Difficulty receiving love or being fully seen
• Disconnection from purpose, intuition, or feminine essence
• Persistent judgment, cynicism, or self‑protection
• Fear of intimacy, belonging, or softness

If any of this feels familiar, this 2.5‑hour Ritual of Sacred Rage & Sensual Movement is an invitation to gently and safely return to your body, reclaim your voice, and reconnect with your creative life force.

This gathering will be held inside a historic 19th‑century converted church, creating a grounded yet sacred atmosphere that supports emotional release, reflection, and renewal.

This experience is especially supportive for women moving through a breakup or divorce, job loss or career transition, grief after the loss of a loved one, major life changes, or the in‑between ‘void’ space where the old has fallen away and the new has not yet arrived.

You do not need to have it all figured out. You only need a willingness to show up.

✨ Somatic Release — guided breathwork, stomping, shaking, pillow‑hitting, yelling, screaming, and primal movement
✨ A Protected Container — a held and intentional space to move suppressed anger and grief
✨ Sensual Embodiment — dance, rhythm, and music to awaken aliveness in the body
✨ Witnessing & Being Witnessed — held in a sacred circle of women
✨ Meditation & Energetic Grounding — to anchor back into your center
✨ Journaling Practices — to integrate insight and meaning
✨ Mythic Storytelling & Prayer — offering what is released back to God

• A journal and pen
• A yoga mat
• A pillow (for somatic release)

The Facilitator:

Courtney Pierson is a Spiritual Mentor and Somatic Coach supporting individuals through awakenings, emotional release, and inner alchemy. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Science and is trained in Breath-work, Psychic Development, and Shamanic Healing.
