Sacred Rage: A Women's Ceremonial Space for Release & Transformation

Join us for an intimate ceremonial gathering where women can safely explore and transform their sacred rage. Through guided breathwork, movement, and sound, we'll journey together through the layers of feminine anger - from societal to ancestral to personal - culminating in a powerful integration of this vital force. Be prepared to unleash your inner fire!

This carefully held container offers:

• Sacred space for vocal and physical expression
• Guided somatic practices for emotional release
• Transformative breathwork and heart-centered integration

Limited to 10 participants to ensure a deeply supportive environment.

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothing you can move in
• Water bottle
• Journal and pen
• Your own pillow/cushion to rage into
• Optional additional props to rage with: Belt that can be looped and slapped on the ground, or old t-shirts or magazines to tear

Note: This ceremony involves intense emotional and physical expression. Participants should be prepared for deep emotional work in a group setting.
