WHAT TO EXPECT

We are having a 2-part evening of indulgence and learning. Come for the workshop and stay for the Jam to practice what you learned and meet other like-minded folks.

Step into an immersive workshop that reconnects you with your primal essence—a time before the constraints of modern society, where instinct and spiritual energy intertwined in perfect harmony. Sacred Primal blends the raw, untamed power of primal energy with the sacred spiritual practices found in tantra, creating a transformative experience that integrates body, mind, and spirit.

Intended Outcomes: Discover new ways to connect with yourself and others in intimate, exciting, and invigorating ways. Deepen your relationship to the practice while exploring its rich, sensory delights. In this intimate and guided journey, you will:

The workshop space will be infused with earthy tones, flickering candlelight, and a cozy, sacred ambiance that invites curiosity, safety, and exploration. This is a place for you to feel alive in your body, connected to your instincts, and empowered to express your desires.

Whether you're drawn to deep eye contact, sensual touch, or primal movement, Sacred Primal offers a safe sanctuary to reconnect with your energy and with others in a consent-focused, heart-centered way.

The Experience: This is an in-person workshop in a beautiful and private studio space in Manhattan. The workshop will include 2.5 hours of discussion & instruction where you will be able to receive and explore new techniques and positions. If you desire, you may receive hands-on practice and demonstration.

Jam is a 2.5 hours practice participation based gathering where we focus on practicing what you learned in the workshop or know within the context of the workshop. This time is meant for all to be involved on some level within comfort and personal boundaries to be respected. This is not a hookup style event and the focus is on practice (Non Sexual)
