There are many things that tie all of life together: food, shelter/warmth, breathing...the needs and not the wants. Yet, there seems to be a need that is absolutely missing. Play. We heal in order to have healthier, happy lives. We, ultimately, heal in order to play. But it's more than that, play is also a vital part of healing. It can help track progress and help us integrate. Yes, we often need ugly crying and acceptance of un-fun things. We have to be able to put those parts in places so that our inner child can come out and shine. It's a big part of re-parenting that adults often go through. So, we will explore not just that, but also the idea that energy isn't just real but feel-able...when we play with it. We will have discussion and we will play games. These games are designed to help feel energy between people and help navigate the world a little better. $35
