Join Athena for a gentle restorative sound journey designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in the middle of a busy week.
You’ll be guided into stillness through a body scan meditation as you settle in to the space let the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls wash over you, creating space to release tension, settle the nervous system, and simply be with no experience or expectations required.
Come as you are. Bring yourself, something comfortable to lie on, and permission to do absolutely nothing for an hour. 🤎
No experience with sound baths, meditation, or Reiki is needed.
