Sacred Pause: A Ceremony for Those Who Hold Space

When was the last time you received? Not helped someone else receive. Not facilitated, guided, or showed up for someone else in their hardest moment. Just received.

If you had to think about it, this is for you.

Sacred Pause is an intimate 2 hour ceremony for practitioners, healers, coaches, yoga teachers, therapists, social workers, and anyone who holds space professionally or in community. The evening moves through three intentional phases - Reconnect, Reset, Reclaim - designed to return you to yourself before sending you back into your work.

The ceremony:

• The Threshold: a physical crossing into sacred space with a stone that anchors the entire evening

• Declaration of Opening: naming this space as yours, and yours alone

• Opening Circle: sharing your name and how you hold space, witnessed by the room

• The Practitioner’s Blessing: a spoken honoring woven from what the room shared

• The Empty Cup Exercise: a somatic and journaling practice to name what’s been depleted

• Guided gentle breathwork: releasing the energy of holding others, returning to yourself

• A full sound bath: nothing required, just be held in the sound

• Personal anointing: a blessing from Donna spoken just for you

• Declaration of Closing: sent back into the world carrying what you came to receive

Every guest receives:

• A smooth stone: your ceremonial anchor for the evening and your altar at home

• An intention candle hand-poured by Donna, made for the practitioner’s altar

• Good Vibes Spray for energetic clearing and protection, made by Donna

Sacred Pause is intentionally capped at 10 guests. There are no large rooms, no anonymous crowds. Just ten people in a circle, held by ceremony, and by each other.
