Join us for Sacred Moon, a journey of ancient practices and soulful rhythms, where we'll harness the potent lunar energy to cultivate a space for release, renewal, to illuminate our hearts, and to awaken our spirits.

Time: 7pm to 9pm

Location: The Fumbally Stables

What to bring: a cushion for your comfort, a small water bottle, a journal, a drum or shaker (optional), any item or token you would like to place on the altar during the practice (optional) & your presence!

We will open the evening with a sacred blessing and intention setting through the spirit of cacao and a guided meditation. We will then move to a short drumming ceremony to feel the primal rhythm resonate through our being and awaken our souls. The drumming will allow us to open our hearts to the healing frequencies of Medicine songs, allowing the melodies to soothe your spirit and be ready to move matter, aka co-create together. We will end the session by surrendering to deep relaxation and rejuvenation with a short Yoga Nidra practice, allowing whatever needs to be released in that moment to come to light and flow in which ever direction needed.

Every individual experience in these ceremonial settings is unique. The transformation one could feel depends on one's openness to the practice. Our duty as facilitators is to hold space for everyone's experiences and to create a safe and supportive environment for exploration and connection.
