SACRED MALA WORKSHOP

We gather to learn the technique & meditative process of hand-knotting a mala; bead by bead. We infuse each knot with a mantra internally. Then we practice one mala round together in community. Everyone leaves with their own beautiful, bespoke mala for daily practice.
We are introduced to the Vedic Wisdom underpinning the process; including stone choices, chakra connections, the science of mantra and specific reasoning behind supportive numbers , 27 & 108.
I bring all the tools and materials (beads, tassles, charms, silk string, needles & beadboard etc) for each person to create their own authentic mala. The workshop is offered to all levels of experience.
