With Alexandra Windsong & Brandon Barnard (Sacred Visions)
Weaving together the heartbeat of the drum, the hypnotic sound of the didgeridoo, the healing power of the voice, the resonance of a crystal singing bowl attuned to the heart chakra, the ethereal sound of the handpan and other soothing instruments, Alexandra and Brandon create a magical tapestry of sound and vibration promoting healing, peace and transformation -- a soothing reset for the body, mind and spirit.
Alexandra's voice is always a highlight of the event, a voice that heals, moves and transforms energy -- a voice that gently wraps itself around you like a warm hug -- nurturing and supportive -- providing a safe, sacred space for you to relax, let go and soak up the healing vibrations.
Their sound immersions are never scripted. This allows them to go with the flow of the moment, to tune in to the energy of the group, and provide a unique experience every time based upon the needs and the energies of those in attendance.
We will have yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets to help make you comfortable. Chairs are available if you prefer. Feel free to bring an eye mask or similar items.
