Join me for a sacred circle in which we will work on opening our hearts to forgiveness, self-love and unconditional love and open up to receive blessing energies.
In the circle we will do a little breathwork, a prayer and meditation to tap into our heart on a deeper level. No previous experience of any kind is needed to participate. All you need to do is be present and feel!
PREPARATION
Wear something comfortable! Bring a mat to sit on and a shawl or blanket to wrap up. Some cushions are available to sit on. Bring a rose if you can and some water to keep yourself hydrated!
TIME AND LOCATION
23rd Aug. Friday 19:00 –20:00am in Cork, Marina Commercial Park, Enterprise House, Room 29. As you come into the park, the building is on your right. Go to the back of the building and the entrance is on the far end. Come through glass doors and Room 29 is on the first floor + a few steps opposite you. Call me on 0831685718 if lost. Parking for cars is free within the commercial park.
