Sacred Heart Breath Work

"Shamanic Breathwork with Luz and Aaron" a sacred high breathing technique designed to transform and uplift. This immersive experience will gather participants in a heart-shaped mandala, symbolizing love and unity.

Aaron will begin the workshop by delving into the science of breath. He will explain the vital role of breath in accumulating chi and its profound impact on our well-being. Participants will gain a deep understanding of breathwork and its benefits through this informative session.

Following this, Luz will lead a powerful shamanic clearing to cleanse and prepare the space and the participants for the breathing practice. This ritual will set the stage for a deep and transformative journey.

We will then guide participants through a shamanic breathing session, enhanced with sacred sounds and hands-on assistance to support their individual processes. This four-hour workshop promises to be a profound and enriching experience, combining ancient wisdom with modern science.
