** We will gather on the south side next to the river across from the pavilion and kiddy corner to the playground. Please come and drum with our growing community for a Sacred Heart opening experience that will relieve stress, and bring joy, connection, and healing.
The intention of this Sacred Heart Beats Drum Circle is to expand our community and embrace the healing and transformational power of collective drum medicine. This is a gentle, safe space for newbies and veterans alike that is not intended for deep trauma work.
Thank you for supporting a sacred, safe, and comfortable space by respecting the following Guidelines:
**Please bring whatever will make you most comfortable sitting either a camp chair or blanket, etc.
**Please bring your drums and rattles and come have some fun while finding your Sacred Beat. If you have extra drums you feel aligned to share with the community please bring those as well. There will be some drums available for those who don't have their own.
**Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
**Please no solicitation for other events or products.
**Supervised children are warmly welcomed.
**Please respect each other's time with prompt arrival. The circle will open at 3:30 pm.
Donations gratefully accepted (suggested donation $5-15)
