• Sound bath journey – crystal bowls, gong, and healing instruments to open the heart and calm the mind.
• Active imagination with the goddesses – guided inner exploration to meet and receive wisdom from the divine feminine archetypes of harvest and abundance.
• A closing ritual of gratitude to ground the experience and integrate the blessings of the season.
