Join us for a transformative Sound Bath Meditation, harnessing the energy of the full moon. A time for release, reflection, and renewal. This is the perfect opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you and embrace clarity, balance, and inner peace.

Lye back and relax as the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes gently wash over you. These soothing vibrations will guide you into a deeply meditative state, helping you release tension, recharge your energy, and restore balance to your mind and body. Clearing your mind and energy and nurturing the seeds of your intentions to flourish and thrive.

✨ Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and ensure a peaceful start.

Doors will open 10 minutes before the event begins as I’ll be setting up and creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere. If you arrive earlier, I kindly ask that you wait in your car until the doors are opened.

Please note: Please bring a blanket and a pillow for extra comfort.

Sound baths are not suitable for those in first trimester of pregnancy, anyone with severe mental health challenges, extensive metal plating or pacemakers.
