Anger is a powerful, sacred emotion that often carries messages of boundaries, truth, and unmet needs. In this 2 hour workshop women will begin explore their relationship with anger, create a supportive container for witnessing sacred anger and learn some new ways of relating to anger to decipher its hidden wisdom.
Through guided discussions, creative exercises, and mindfulness practices, participants will begin to reconnect with their inner fire, understanding anger as a source of wisdom and strength.
This workshop is a safe, supportive space to begin the journey to rebuild trust in your emotions and transform anger into a catalyst for personal growth and authentic living.
