Join Emma and Tonya for a heart-centred afternoon of ceremony, creativity and intention as we gather to celebrate Lughnasadh, the ancient Celtic festival marking the first harvest - a time to honour abundance, gratitude, and the seeds we wish to nurture for the season ahead.

This beautiful collaboration offers space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create from a place of clarity, intuition and inspiration.

Our afternoon begins with a Ceremonial Cacao Ceremony - a gentle, guided experience designed to help you quiet the mind and open the heart. Ceremonial cacao has been used for centuries in sacred rituals as a heart-opening plant medicine, supporting deeper self-connection, reflection and intention setting. Through meditation, mindfulness and gentle guidance, you'll be invited to connect with your inner wisdom and the dreams that are ready to unfold.

From this grounded space, we'll move into Vision Board Creation.

A vision board is more than a collage - it's a powerful creative practice that helps bring your intentions into focus using images, words, colours and symbols that resonate with your heart. Rather than simply setting goals, you'll create a visual representation of how you want to feel, what you want to invite into your life and the energy you wish to embody.

These two practices beautifully complement one another.
