The Sacred Couples Circle is a free / donation-based monthly gathering for couples who desire deeper connection, clearer communication, and a more conscious way of relating.
This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and remember why you chose each other—beyond daily stress, roles, and responsibilities.
Each gathering may include:
Guided connection practices for couples
Conscious communication & reflection prompts
Nervous-system grounding and emotional attunement
Gentle embodiment or breathwork
Shared intention setting as a couple
A closing integration circle
You do not need to be “perfect,” spiritual, or problem-free to attend.
This is not therapy, and it’s not about fixing your partner.
It’s about presence, awareness, and choosing each other again—intentionally.
All relationship stages are welcome:
New couples
Long-term partners
Married couples
Couples navigating growth, change, or reconnection
This circle is held with deep respect, confidentiality, and compassion.
Sharing is always optional. You are welcome exactly as you are.
